NOSE
Caramel and toasted vanilla. Stone fruit underneath, dried and quiet. Charred oak through the back. Steady, not loud.
PALATE
Brown sugar opens it. Peppered oak and rye spice through the middle. The warmth builds evenly and holds.
FINISH
Long. Honey over toasted grain. Smoke on the way out.
