TASTING NOTES
In the glass.
NOSE
Warm caramel and toasted vanilla up front. Dried stone fruit at the edges. Charred oak underneath — present, unhurried.
PALATE
Brown sugar and peppered oak up front. Rye spice builds through the middle; the warmth comes in even, with room. Smoke present, not insistent.
FINISH
Long and warm. Honey settles into toasted grain. A thread of smoke on the way out.
